Nichola Burton

As a Customer Experience Manager, I work with individuals and organisations to track the experience that their Customers and Suppliers are having when they interact with them in their businesses operations.
My rather varied and unique range of experiences includes Recording/Touring Artist, Artist Management, Show Producer, Composer, Entertainment Agent, Front Line Business Manager, Systems Software Designer, Workplace Trainer, Event Manager, Publicist, Brand Consultant, Blogger, Author, Public Speaker and CEO for The Pushworth Group from 1990-2018.
Through my various partnerships with Universities and Training Organizations throughout Queensland developing programs for Interns, Traineeships and Volunteers in the Entertainment and Event industries and in particular while producing one of Australia’s most iconic community Festivals – Caxton Street Seafood and Wine Festival 2009-2014, I identified and tracked a series of patterns and behaviours that influenced the businesses of tens of thousands of people that I have worked with during this time.
As a result, I have designed two systems. The HOW – a Software program, AQUARIUS™ – an integrated CRM booking system that manages the sales and operations for entertainment industry businesses (managing Pushworth since 1999). The WHY – THE METRICULUS™ my signature development and training program.
Working with businesses across the globe on a variety of projects has taken me into these three specific Industries – Music, Health and Family Business. My latest project is Music Means Business where I work exclusively with Music Businesses to grow their brands and build their businesses as long term viable profit centers.
