Bar Information
- Power: GPO's (Please take powerboards and extension lead)
- Doors Open: From 10:00am
- Stage Size: 4m x 2m x 1m
- Park at Reception area
- Notify Reception know that the entertainer has arrived and that they need access to the loading dock.
- Reception will direct you drive under the building for access to Level One.
- Use service elevator approx 8m flat load to TC’s bar
- Set Up: 60 minutes before show time
- Stage is in the far corner of the room.
- Park, Unload in Parking Bay and leave there for the Gig until Load Out.
- Check in with Duty Manager upon arrival in the Bar
- Make sure you get there no later than 2pm and be set up by 2.45pm with break music on ready to go.
- Load Out: Directly upon completion of show
- Dressing Room: Please use public amenities
Show Information
- Provide your own suitable Production, Lighting and Break Music
- Break Music must be on no later than 2.45pm
- Neat Casual Attire
- Act to work in with Management on Db restrictions and keep to a suitable volume
- Act to liaise with Management regarding current promotions / giveaways & announcements
- Act to promote shows on social media
