G’day ! I’m Frank La Paglia, DJ Frank LP behind the decks.

I’m your DJ for Pubs, Clubs, Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate, Schools, Formals, Socials, Cruise boats and all kind of special events.

My DJ existence was born from my love of all dance music and seeing people enjoying themselves by escaping the mundane world and letting it all out on the dance floor. I’ve been delivering musical excitement for over 7 years. I take my gigs seriously and strive to impress the client and their guests every time.

For the more formal events, curating and planning the music to meet the clients expectations is one of my specialities.
Goal: To create a positive, long lasting memory of a special day via music and dance.

Styles of music: You name it. Pop, Rock, Techno, Hip hop, R&B, Disco, Trance etc. and anything under the banner of ‘EDM’. Outside of these more preferred genres, I have ‘curated’ country music weddings and special events such as Gatsby and Motivational themes.

Unique events played: Christmas in July, Dog shows, Car shows, Social groups, Fund raisers (Animal care and DV awareness to name a couple). Curated theme nights such as Halloween, 80’s & 90’s dance parties etc.

What am I seeking?: I am on the look out for more regular calendared gigs, ideally public spaces and open format.

Equipment: Pioneer DJ XDJ-XZ and DDJ1000 (back up). Mackie and Presonus speaker systems including Sub. Various lighting including GigBar Move and Laser. DJ Desk (illuminated). Shure wireless microphones. Tripod Scrims. Smoke machine.

A sample of Venues played: Brisvegas and Aquarius Cruises, Movie World, Dreamworld, Emporium Brisbane, Hyatt Regency, Marquee Fortitude Valley, Stock Exchange, Sofitel BNE, South Beach South Bank, Victoria Park, The Montague West End, Koala Tavern, BP Hotel. The Lawn, Holey Moley, Strike Bowling, Archie Bros, Surf clubs and many more.
