Venue Portal User Guide
Welcome to the Pushworth Live Venue Portal
The Pushworth Live Booking Portal brings your entire entertainment program together in one central location.
Access your gig calendars, artist bookings, worksheets, marketing assets, invoices, payment tracking, supplier directory, and reporting tools through a single secure platform.
The Portal also includes an automated What’s On Calendar Widget, allowing you to publish and maintain your entertainment guide directly on your website with minimal administration.
Whether you’re managing one venue or multiple locations, the Portal provides a single source of truth for your live entertainment operation.
Device Compatibility
The Pushworth Live Portal has been optimised for use on:
- Google Chrome
- Apple Safari
For the best experience, we recommend accessing the Portal from a:
- Desktop Computer
- Laptop Computer
- Tablet Device
Mobile phones can be used for quick reference and updates; however, some administrative and reporting functions are easier to manage on a larger screen.
Security & Access
You’ll receive secure Portal access via your nominated email address together with a temporary password.
To activate your account:
- Log in using your nominated email address.
- Enter your temporary password.
- Create and confirm your new password.
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Once completed, you’ll have immediate access to your venue’s entertainment management system.
Important Security Information
For security purposes, if you do not access the Portal within 30 days, you will be required to sign in again and re-accept the Terms and Conditions.
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your entertainment program.
From this screen you can quickly view:
- Upcoming bookings
- Invoice summaries
- Venue locations
- Supplier Directory access
- Entertainment activity across your venues
Think of this page as your entertainment control centre.
Automated What’s On Widget
Directly from the Dashboard, you can generate a live What’s On Calendar Widget across all participating venue locations.
The widget automatically updates as bookings are confirmed, helping keep your website current without the need for manual updates.
Billing & Invoices
The Billing Dashboard provides complete visibility over your entertainment expenditure and invoice management.
From this section you can:
- View current invoices
- Monitor invoices due within 7 days
- Review financial year totals
- Search invoice records
- Download invoices
- Track payment status
No spreadsheets. No chasing paperwork. Everything is available in one place.
My Locations
The My Locations section allows you to manage each venue individually while maintaining visibility across your entire operation.
Each location includes:
- Gig Calendars
- Worksheets
- Event Logistics
- Booking Information
- Live Status Updates
Gig Calendars
Each venue calendar defaults to the current month and uses colour coding to provide instant visibility of booking status.
At a glance, you can identify:
- Upcoming performances
- Confirmed bookings
- Completed events
- Invoiced events
- Paid events
This allows venue managers and head office teams to quickly understand the status of their entertainment program.
Managing Direct Bookings
The Portal allows you to add bookings sourced outside of Pushworth.
Adding direct bookings ensures:
- A complete venue calendar
- Accurate reporting
- Better scheduling visibility
- Centralised entertainment management
Direct bookings will also appear in:
- Gig Reports
- Marketing Reports
- Venue Calendars
This ensures all entertainment activity is captured in one place regardless of booking source.

What’s On Calendar Widget
The Portal automatically generates a live entertainment calendar that can be embedded directly into your website.
Simply copy the embed code and paste it into your website platform, including:
- WordPress
- Elementor
- Squarespace
- Wix
- Custom Websites
Once installed, your entertainment guide updates automatically whenever bookings are added or modified.
Important
Only artists booked through the Pushworth Portal will automatically appear in the What’s On Widget.
If you’d like your direct bookings included, please speak with your Pushworth Booker about integrating those events into the Pushworth Portal system.
Supplier Directory
The Supplier Directory gives venue teams direct access to Pushworth’s curated artist network.
From this section you can:
- Browse available artists
- View artist profiles
- Submit booking requests
- Review artist information
- Access promotional materials
This streamlines the process of discovering and requesting entertainment for future programs.
Performance Reviews
Following a performance, venue teams can provide feedback directly through the Portal.
You can:
- Rate performances
- Submit reviews
- Provide operational feedback
This information assists Pushworth in continually refining entertainment programs and ensuring the right artists are matched to the right venues.
Over time, this creates stronger entertainment outcomes and better audience experiences.
