Pushworth Super Live Policy

Purpose
Pushworth Super.Live is the Superannuation administration service provided by Pushworth to Venue Clients who elect to appoint Pushworth to administer Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contributions associated with engagements booked through the Pushworth Portal.The purpose of Super.Live is to provide an efficient administration system for Venue Clients who choose to have Pushworth manage the calculation, processing and payment of Superannuation contributions arising from eligible engagements.Pushworth provides an administration service only.Nothing contained within this Policy constitutes legal, accounting or taxation advice. Venue Clients and Suppliers are responsible for obtaining their own independent professional advice regarding their individual obligations.
Scope
This Policy applies only where:a Venue Client has elected to appoint Pushworth to administer Superannuation through Super.Live; andthe engagement falls within the Venue Client's standing Super.Live instructions.Where a Venue Client has not elected to use Super.Live, Pushworth will administer contracts in accordance with that Venue's nominated contracting arrangements.
Responsibilities
Venue Client
Venue Clients are responsible for:determining their own Superannuation obligations;obtaining independent legal, taxation and accounting advice;appointing Pushworth to administer Super.Live where they choose to do so;paying Pushworth invoices in accordance with the agreed Trading Terms.
Supplier
Suppliers are responsible for:providing complete and accurate Superannuation information;maintaining current Superannuation details;notifying Pushworth of any changes to their business entity or Superannuation Fund;obtaining their own professional advice regarding their personal taxation and Superannuation obligations.
Pushworth
Where appointed by the Venue Client, Pushworth will:administer Superannuation contributions in accordance with the Venue Client's standing instructions;process contributions following receipt of cleared funds from the Venue Client;maintain an electronic audit trail of Super.Live transactions;notify Suppliers where Superannuation information is incomplete or payments are returned.
Supplier Registration
Before Pushworth can administer Superannuation through Super.Live, Suppliers must complete their Super.Live registration.Required information includes:Superannuation Fund NameUSIMembership NumberTax File Number (where required)Until this information has been provided and validated, Pushworth cannot administer Superannuation contributions on behalf of the Venue Client.
Contract Administration
Where a Venue Client has elected Super.Live, Pushworth will administer Superannuation in accordance with the Venue Client's standing instructions for all applicable engagements.Unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Venue Client, those instructions will continue to apply to future engagements until amended or withdrawn.
Weekly Processing
Super.Live operates as a weekly administration service.Following receipt of cleared payment of the corresponding Venue invoice, Pushworth will process Superannuation contributions within seven (7) days.Pushworth does not pre-fund Superannuation contributions on behalf of Venue Clients.Where a Venue Client delays payment, Pushworth cannot process Superannuation until the relevant funds have been received.
Returned Contributions
Where a Superannuation contribution is returned because of incorrect or incomplete Supplier information:the contribution will be recorded as Returned within the Pushworth Portal;the Supplier will be notified to update their information;once the required information has been received, the contribution will be included in the next available processing cycle.
Record Keeping
Pushworth maintains an electronic record of all Super.Live transactions, including:Venue elections;Supplier registrations;processed contributions;returned contributions;payment references; andaudit history.
Changes to the Policy
Pushworth may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to legislation, industry practice, operational requirements or enhancements to the Pushworth Portal.The current version will always be available through the Pushworth Portal.
