Portal Navigation

The main menu contains four dashboards:

  • Main Artist Dashboard
  • Billing & Invoices
  • Compliance
  • My Services

Let’s explore each section.

Main Artist Dashboard

The Main Artist Dashboard provides an overview of your account information and upcoming work.

Business Information

Please review your business details carefully and ensure all information is accurate.

ABN Changes

If your ABN changes, you must complete a new onboarding process so your records can be updated correctly.

Bank Account Changes

If you need to update your banking details:

Email a redacted copy of your bank statement to:

[email protected]

Our Accounts Team will verify and update your records.

Booking Proposals

The dashboard displays any new booking proposals awaiting your confirmation.

Review these regularly to ensure you don’t miss booking opportunities.

Upcoming Contracts

You’ll also see a list of upcoming contracts.

Simply click the Eye Icon to view full contract details including:

  • Venue
  • Date
  • Performance Times
  • Financial Details
  • Booking Requirements

Calendar Embed Widget

You can activate your Calendar Embed Widget, which automatically creates a live Gig Guide for your website.

This allows your fans and clients to see upcoming performances directly from your Pushworth calendar.

Billing & Invoices Dashboard

The Billing & Invoices Dashboard helps you manage both your account obligations and incoming gig payments.

Billing

The Billing section displays any invoices payable to Pushworth.

You’ll see:

  • Currently Overdue
  • Due Within 7 Days
  • Financial Year Total

Accounts

The Accounts section allows you to track payments for your performances.

The Invoice View displays payments that Pushworth will remit to you once payment has been received from the venue.

You can quickly see:

  • Payments received in the last 7 days
  • Total payments received for the financial year

After our weekly invoice batch run each Monday, you can add your invoice reference.

To do this:

  2. Click ADD REFERENCE.
  3. Enter your own tax invoice number.

Important

You do NOT need to:

The Portal allows you to track payment progress in real time.

You can easily view the status of every payment and see where it is in the process.

Compliance Dashboard

The Compliance Dashboard stores your required compliance documentation.

Public Liability Insurance

Upload your current Public Liability Certificate of Currency.

Many venues require this documentation as part of their Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.

Keeping this document current helps prevent delays in booking confirmations and venue approvals.

If circumstances change, simply make the date available again.

Adding Your Own Non-Pushworth Gigs

Simply copy the link and share it with:

  • Private Function Enquiries

Clients can submit preferred dates and event information directly through the Portal.

The Pushworth Team will then manage the booking process on your behalf.

Promo Material

The Promo Material section allows you to manage your own promotional assets.

This is where you can:

  • Upload Profile Images
  • Update Artist Descriptions
  • Add Social Media Links
  • Update Facebook URLs
  • Update Instagram URLs
  • Add SoundCloud Links
  • Maintain Current Marketing Assets

Submission Review Process

Once new promotional assets are submitted:

  1. The Pushworth Team reviews the content.
  2. Assets are approved for quality and compliance.
  3. Content is published into the Submission Hub.
  4. Status updates can be tracked in real time.

This ensures venues always receive the most current and accurate promotional material.
